Dedicated servers available through iPower.com take a step up when it comes to technology and convenience, and the iPower APS 200 dedicated server continues that tradition. The different plans available offer reliability as tech support is available around the clock, and the servers are pre-built and come at Hewlett-Packard quality.

The APS 200 package, which costs $199 per month, comes standard with features like 99.9 percent network availability, free network reboots and an optional Web-based control panel. There’s an Athlon 64 3200+ processor, one IP address, and the system can be used with Windows 2003, Linux or FreeBSD programs, making it flexible.

If the user wants more out of this package, upgrades are available. They can increase IP addresses up to five total, and data transfer space can be increased to 3.5 gigabytes in increments of 500 gigs. The memory and hard drive also are upgradeable.

The software includes Plesk with licenses: 30, 100 or limited. Marketing also is available, with Web search engine credits such as Yahoo! and Google. These credits make it possible for the site to be more visible on the Web, increasing exposure to it.

The iPower APS 200 plan can be purchased in intervals of one month, three months, six months or a year, and one-time setup fees also are applied to the purchase.
